He made the process of buying a home easy to understand and was always available to answer any questions I had. He also did a superior job of staying in contact with me to fill me in on new developments during the process and periodically checked in to see if I had any questions. He keep me posted on critical needs for my purchase (for example, he kept in contact about the best date to do my write transfer and when to set up the transfer of utilities from the previous owner to me). All in all, the process was made a tremendous amount easier thanks to Gary's professionalism, availability, and knowledge.
